A safety induction is required prior to first use, please arrange with reception.

Please sign-in for each visit.

Turn off the air conditioner if you are the last person to leave.

Please wear the alarm wrist strap, available in the gym, if you are using the gym alone.
​
Please wipe down each piece of apparatus when you have finished using the antiseptic spray and  wipes that are available.
​
Please keep both doors between the pool and the gym closed at all times, to prevent the build up of moisture in the gym.
