The "Residents' Committee" page has been updated to reflect the new make-up of the Committee which will represent the residents until the next election which is due to be held in late September 2025. Please click here to go directly to the committee page.

Monday 17th March 2025
A couple of changes have been announced concerning our monthly Sunday Amble Inn opening.
As from now the Sunday opening will be known as "The Amble Inn on Sunday".
The next "The Amble Inn on Sunday" which will be held on 27th April will have all wine and beer (excluding Guinness) charged at $2.50 for the first hour, that is from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Also on that day we will be entertained by "The Red Hot Mommas", please click here to see the flyer.

Since this website launched on 20th November 2024 we have had over 1000 site sessions (separate visits to the website). This is a period of 117 days and averages out at almost 9 visits per day.
Additionally we have had 312 separate people visit the website. The vast majority of those users have been residents of the village. The website administrators are not able to see who has been visiting the website, but we can see where people are visiting from and most of those are from south east Queensland, followed by the rest of Australia and then other places.
It is, of course, possible that some of the "other places" have been residents on holiday or visiting relatives, or relatives having a look at what Mum and Dad get up to.
And a final statistic, those 312 people who visited 1006 times have viewed 4819 pages.
It would seem that the website is being well used and is serving it's intended function, that is to provide the residents with a source for village related information.
